### Terms and Conditions

**Effective from 01/01/2023**

These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") aim to legally frame the modalities for making available the site and services by Meet Your Legend and define the conditions of access and use of services by "the User."

The T&C can be accessed on the site under the "T&C" section.

Any registration or use of the site implies the user's unreserved acceptance of these T&C. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T&C by checking the box preceding the text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the T&C, and I accept them."

In case of non-acceptance of the T&C stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.
www.meetyourlegend.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T&C at any time.

The site www.meetyourlegend.com is published by the SAS Meet Your Legend company with a capital of 5000 euros, registered with the RCS of Montpellier under number 919 994 681, whose headquarters are located at 75 avenue du Pont Trinquat, 34070 Montpellier. 
 

The site www.meetyourlegend.com is hosted by the company Wix Online Platform Limited, whose headquarters are located at 1 Grant's Row, Dublin 2 D02HX96, Ireland.

#### Article 2: Site Access

The www.meetyourlegend.com site allows the User free access to the following services:
MeetYourLegend.com offers private video conference connections with renowned professionals in the creative industry. The site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. For this, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User agrees to provide sincere and accurate information about their civil status and contact details, including their email address.

To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their username and password, which will be communicated to them after their registration.
Any duly registered member User can also request their unsubscription by going to the dedicated page on their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of www.meetyourlegend.com. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The User has the possibility to contact the site by email at the email address of the publisher communicated in ARTICLE 1.

#### Article 3: Data Collection

The site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information in compliance with privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms.

Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose their personal data. The User exercises this right:

#### Article 4: Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, signs, and all site content (text, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and, in particular, copyright.

The Meet Your Legend brand is a trademark registered by SAS Meet Your Legend. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this brand, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited.

The User must seek prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copy of the various contents. They commit to using the site's content in a strictly private setting. Any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator, would constitute an infringement sanctioned by Articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

It is reminded in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies, or publishes the protected content must cite the author and its source.

The sources of the information disseminated on the site www.meetyourlegend.com are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors, or omissions.

The information communicated is indicative and general without contractual value. The User ensures to keep their password secret. Any disclosure of the password, in whatever form, is prohibited. They assume the risks related to the use of their username and password. The site declines all responsibility.

The site's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts from a third party.

Hyperlinks may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the www.meetyourlegend.com site. The latter has no control over the web pages on which these links end up and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts will be solely competent to hear it.
